Christopher developed a simple donation system and subsequently improved it by implementing hot fixes and adding like new BACS direct-debits. When we began processing more payments and expanding our support to non-profits and international countries, we encountered several flaws and issues with reliability. As a result, we rebuilt the system from scratch, incorporating the lessons we learned from developing and maintaining v1.
